About Me
Hey, I’m Ava!
As seen on
Here’s what I stand for
Curiosity
In our lives as we (re)discover & connect to what brings us joy & lights us up.
In parenting where we harness the magic of connection, mindful pauses & play.
Connection
I believe the power of connection between humans to support, learn and grow from each other.
I aim to build & nurture a community where parents feel seen & heard in their triumphs & struggles, and supported by me & others in their parenthood journey.
Compassion
To my clients, audience, peers, mentors, team and myself.
Showing kindness, compassion and empathy are part of what I do and how I work with people - to hold space in a way that allows me & others to feel safe & be their authentic self
I work with parents to free themselves from constant frustration & guilt, and start experiencing peace & joy in life & parenting
I help parents to sift through the noise, develop their parenting philosophy & navigate transitions confidently - whether it is going back to work after parental leave, finding meaning & joy as a parent, or after experiencing losses & grief in life. My work is rooted in Polyvagal Theory, Neuroscience, Attachment Theory & Mindfulness, & from my lived experience as a mama to two children.
