That’s why I designed the Mama Mantra Cards - a set of 14 cards, each of them with a thoughtfully chosen mantra that are your visual reminders to practice self-care and compassion amidst the ups & downs of motherhood & parenting.

Four blank cards are included in the set so that you can write your own mantra that reflects what you value or want to remind yourself in this season of motherhood.

Comes with a wooden standee that you can place your chosen card on.

✩ Each card measures 9cm x 9cm

✩ Water and rip resistant - similar to a restaurant coaster, so you can wipe clean as needed
